A Novel Approach for dsRNA Removal Using Oligo dT Affinity Chromatography by Targeting Hydrogen Bonding
11:30 am
- Eliminate immunogenic dsRNA generated during IVT by selectively destabilising dsRNA hydrogen bonding through a controlled, pH-based denaturation process
- Enable efficient, non-hazardous purification by combining targeted dsRNA denaturation with established Oligo dT affinity chromatography for selective contaminant removal
- Improve mRNA quality and manufacturability by increasing mRNA integrity and recovery, reducing immunogenicity, and providing a scalable alternative to low-yield traditional dsRNA purification methods
