Dr. Pengbo Guo specializes in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technologies for nucleic acid delivery, RNA therapeutics, and translational development, with experience spanning early discovery through GLP-enabling studies, IND filing, and strategic commercialization. His expertise centers on engineering next-generation delivery systems, including novel ionizable lipids, PEG-lipid alternatives, inhalable LNPs, and extrahepatic targeting strategies.
Through his work, Dr. Guo is advancing the design of innovative RNA delivery platforms that enable safer, more effective, and more accessible genetic medicines.
