  • Enable efficient, non-hazardous purification by combining targeted dsRNA denaturation with established Oligo dT affinity chromatography for selective contaminant removal
  • Improve mRNA quality and manufacturability by increasing mRNA integrity and recovery, reducing immunogenicity, and providing a scalable alternative to low-yield traditional dsRNA purification methods
